Service Description

Monthly caregiver education and support group meetings. Each month has a topic, however questions and conversations are welcome. Group meets the second Tuesday of each month, at 4:00 p.m. at Lapeer County Medical Care Facility (Suncrest), 1455 Suncrest Dr, Lapeer, MI 48446.
